Entering The World Of Fitness




Entering the world of fitness can be a strange journey,
For some a little easier for some a little tougher.
One thing is for certain.When we enter it we all have a goal in mind.A better body,a better self image,better health,girls/guys,family,injuries,mentors.Whatever there is we all come to the gym,to the track,to the court with he goal of becoming better at something

That's beautiful and it gives a diffrent joy to our life.A new aura.A aura of power,of control,of happiness.Ofcourse some people start exercising with no motivation while other have all the motivation they can get.Motivation in good,but motivation is bullshit.After a certain time motivation means nothing.You just do it.You love,you like,you hate it.

I had tried exercising three times in my life.
1.As i played soccer while i was a kid.
2.As i first enter the gym as a young teen.
3.As a older teen when i enter the gym with motivation determination,fire and will.
Will to achieve something.To build my body.To make my vision become reality.To bring it to life.

I started training,lifting weights at the age of 15.I'am 19 now.This happen as a result of a shoulder injury i had.The doctor said i had to get stronger,build some muscle or else i need to have surgery.I chose the iron way.And it was certainly the best choice i ever made to this day.

I built my body throught a variety of exercises but that something that will unfold with time.

Right now i invite each and everyone of you out there to exercise.It's something that we all should do.It's in our nature.Especially men.Our primal insticts come out when we train and that a very good way of expressing our inner self.Of expressing the body.That's doesn't take away anything from women.Women should train aswell.

Training isn't just lifting weights in the gym.It's everything,whether that's running,jumping,swimming,rockclimbing,gymnastics and the list goes on.
Working out in any way possible is good for our body,mind,soul,
It's something that helps your.Always.When you feel happy,sad,depressed,lonely.Working out makes you feel better even if you don't want to do it.Even if you hate it.It's good for you.

So i invite you to train.To workout,to go out the and achieve something through your body and you will see the result will be phenomenal for anything.

A little heads up.In future issues(posts) i will write about training regiments,programmes,how does training affect us as a whole and a lot more.
